How we handle your reviews
We believe it is important that reviews provide the best possible picture of our products and service. Our reviews are therefore impartially managed by Trustpilot and WebwinkelKeur. We rely on the customer's own judgment for reviews. Our customers are not rewarded for writing reviews. No discounts or other gifts are given.
Reviews by invitation:

Webwinkelkeur also offers us the possibility to link other review platforms to their platform, so that you have all the known reviews in one clear overview.
The reviews you leave on Trustpilot are posted without the possibility of moderation or removal. In addition, Trustpilot applies a strict control policy, suspicious reviews can be reported, and Trustpilot annually presents a transparency report on how they worked that year to promote trustworthiness.
Reviews by limited invitation:
On these platforms, you will find reviews that customers have mostly left on their own initiative. In addition, there is a one-time invitation in your order confirmation email.
These reviews are not moderated or managed by us. Additionally, anyone can leave a review, even if they are not a customer. Google does not verify this. Nevertheless, we are also very grateful for reviews left on their own initiative with the world's search engine giant.
Reviews without invitation:
We are aware that there are still some websites that also collect reviews of us. Most of these reviews are not from our customers, and therefore we do not recognize or acknowledge them. Although the review score on such sites is usually not bad, we ask you not to be led by such dodgy sites. These good reviews are mainly intended to lure unsuspecting entrepreneurs into expensive subscriptions, and not to provide reliable information to the consumer.
