Send us an email (info@pootendop.nl), or contact us by phone on weekdays between 10:00 and 16:00 (010-412 42 16 or 0642 68 98 31). Please include your order and/or invoice number and describe your complaint as clearly as possible. If it concerns damage, accompanying photos can also help us with this.
Of course, our goal is to offer you the most suitable solution as quickly as possible, because a satisfied customer is worth their weight in gold.
However, if this is not possible, we would like to point out that since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been dealt with elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
