Delivery from stock

We deliver everything from our own stock. In this webshop, we DO NOT have dropshipping items.
To ensure all orders run as smoothly as possible and within one business day, we do our utmost to maintain our stock levels in line with demand.

Nevertheless, for larger (and sometimes smaller) orders, our stock may not be sufficient. In that case, your order may take a few extra days to process. If this takes longer than a week, we will usually contact you to propose options or inquire about your wishes.

We ship all our packages via PostNL Parcel Service.

As of September 2024, you can also choose to pick up your webshop order in our store/showroom.

Why a fixed price for shipping within the Netherlands?

To guarantee our fast service, we have chosen NOT to work with PostNL Letter Mail (mailbox packages). For a long time, track and trace has proven unreliable, because the packages are not scanned by the delivery person upon delivery, but this already happens at the sorting center. Regardless of whether delivery personnel are available. Add to that PostNL's intention to deliver mailbox packages not daily but every other day. This means they no longer suffice as a party to provide the service you expect from us.

For this reason, we now only ship with PostNL Parcel Post. Hence, 1 fixed rate for all shipments. This is € 6.75 within the Netherlands, and € 9.95 to neighboring countries, including VAT, and including packaging, payment, and administration costs.


Packages within the Netherlands:


Delivery and distribution: Post.nl will deliver your package, if all goes well, on the first delivery day (Tuesday to Saturday) after the day of dispatch. Dispatch to PostNL takes place on Monday to Friday, provided payment is received before 4:00 PM on these days, goods are in stock, and/or no other delivery time is stated with the product (If delivery days fall on a public holiday, delivery will be on the next business day)
- Track & Trace: You will receive an email from us with a track and trace link. With this link, you and we can track your package online with Track & Trace. PLEASE NOTE: If you use the PostNL app, make sure the delivery address is set the same as the one you provided. PostNL considers the address in the app as leading for delivery.
- Second delivery: If the recipient is not home during the first delivery attempt, Post.nl will try a second time at a later time.  
- Pick up at a PostNL service point: If delivery is ultimately not possible, the recipient can pick up the shipment at a specified PostNL service point within one week. When ordering, you can also immediately opt to have it delivered to a PostNL point or a Parcel and Letter machine in your area. In that case too, you have one week to pick up your package, before it will be returned to us.


Packages to the mentioned EU countries


Delivery and distribution: Post.nl and transfer partners outside its service area will deliver your package, if all goes well, within 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) after the day of dispatch. Dispatch to PostNL takes place on Monday to Friday, provided payment is received before 4:00 PM on these days, goods are in stock, and/or no other delivery time is stated with the product (If delivery days fall on a public holiday, delivery will be on the next business day)

- Track & Trace: You will receive an email from us with a track and trace link. With this link, you and we can track your package online with Track & Trace. Outside the PostNL service area, the package will be transferred to other parcel services, from which you can get a new (international) track and trace number.
 

Shipping to other countries within Europe

Other countries can submit a request via e-mail or our contact form. Each country has its own shipping costs, and a small additional amount per kilo is added to the shipping costs. We weigh your package and can tell you what the shipping costs are.
